1. Introduction

Welcome to Little Paws Club. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. We provide personalised dog bandanas and name tags, delivered in our signature gift packaging.

2. Products and Pricing

Our current product range and prices are as follows:

All prices are in GBP. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £25.

3. Personalisation and Orders

As our products are personalised, you are responsible for ensuring the dog's name provided at checkout is correct. Once an order is submitted, it is sent to our supplier for production. Because these items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has commenced.

4. Delivery and Fulfilment

Orders are processed and shipped by our supplier. You will receive a confirmation email upon purchase and a subsequent email with tracking information once your order is on its way. For any questions regarding your order status, please contact us with your order reference number.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or there is an error in the personalisation that was not caused by your input, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or to provide personalisation text that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of any third party.

7. Liability

Little Paws Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
